Individual(Sprint distance): $25
Relay(2-3-person teams; sprint-distance only): $25 for the first person, $10 for each additional
Family: $25 for the first person, $10 for each additional
Child Triathlon: Free (or $10 to get a shirt and medal)
There will be NO race day registration allowed.

Swim: Los Cab Aquatic Center (30 lengths of the pool)
Bike: River trail to PCH to Newland and finish in Courreges Park (13 Miles)
Run: Courreges Park vicinity (5K)
Sanctioning:
The FV Tri is sanctioned by all fun loving and out of shape triathletes.
Packet Pickup and Check-In:
PACKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE THE SATURDAY BEFORE THE RACE (May 29th) AT THE FOUNTAIN VALLEY LDS BUILDING FROM 4-6pm.

Start Time: First Heat starts Monday, May 31th at 6:00 AM.
Divisions: Team, Individual Men, Individual Women, Boy, Girl
Short Swim:
- No fins, paddles, or propulsive device of any kind will be allowed.
Bike:
- No drafting another bike should be allowed but we don’t really care as long as you beat Ritchie Blake on the bike.
- ANSI-approved hard shell helmets are required – even on beach cruisers.
- Please obey all traffic laws.
Run:
- This run will be on the pavement.
- There will be water stations every mile throughout the run.
Timing:
- One overall time will be provided. If you would like each stage timed, bring a watch.
